Hoping for manta rays. Our trip took us to the west side of the Atoll, on a site where in the past manta rays have been seen. Unfortunately the current was medium strong and it was not an easy dive. We saw one mobula ( smaller manta ray species) a big napoleon and a nice green turtle. Our guests were happy anyway, also because there were many juveline fish. |

Looking for the frog fishes. By the time I reached thier normal place, we saw already so many ineteresting things and we almost hit Deco. To my surprise, they were not at the usaul place but deeper and separeted, but we managed to see them. |

Because it was so nice yesterday, we visited again. Less current but just as amazing.
Today we even had the little nurse shark and the eagle rays were at the "meeting point".... |

If yesterday's dives lacked the thrill, today at Kakka tila we had it all. What a dive!!
Perfect conditions for all our divers. 11 eagle rays in formation at the beginnig, a couple more along the reef, two big sting rays, the bat fish and a cute turtle. At the end thousands of banner fish close to the surface. Tomorrow AGAIN. |
