Welcome to the Soneva Fushi Dining experience, it is our aim to give you the opportunity to experience
the very best in Food and Beverage available in the Maldives. Together with our Executive Chef, the entire
Food and Beverage team have the same objective and that is to meet and exceed your expectations.
Dining options at Soneva Fushi are designed to make your stay on Kunfunadhoo diverse, exciting and slightly adventurous.
Our Chef and his multi-national brigade of chef's work to produce a combination of dishes that allow the East to meet
the West in culinary terms.
Every effort is made to find ingredients of the highest quality and have them delivered to the island and send as
pure and fresh as they might have been served at their origin. With this philosophy in mind our menus benefit from
the abundance of fresh fish at the Maldives.
To compliment the dining options, we offer a wine list with an international content that covers many recognised
and some unrecognised, wine producing countries in both hemispheres. This mixture of new world wines and good French
classics offers you the opportunity to fulfill the dining experience despite both cultural and climate challenges.
