Welcome to “Ever Soneva So Natural”, the office of Soneva Fushi’s resident biologist Kate, who is taking over from Anke’s five and half year reign.

The “Ever Soneva So Natural” office is located in the Diving Centre on the sunset side of Soneva Fushi, where you are welcome to inquire about anything related to the Maldivian island and sea life, as well as the local environment, and consult fish posters and several identification books. It is intended to serve as a valuable source of information to enhance and intensify your snorkelling or diving experiences.

In addition to manning the office and working on several biological and environmental issues, Kate - on board since October 2010 - also offers daily snorkelling trips in our house reef and further a field to emphasise the beauty and diversity of coral reef animals, as well as introducing you to the different world of the coral reef at night.

Twice a week, slide presentations with different topics are given that may offer you even more insight into the coral reef world. The level of the presentations is intended for an interested but not specialised audience.

On request, a look up close at some microscopic monsters can also be arranged.
